Offal is another word
for organ meats or parts of the animal other than meat. In this case Offal would
include the cheeks, tripa, lips, sweetbreads, tripe and other parts of the
animal. 20-60lb boxes of these parts were shipped to distributers and retailers
in California, Texas, Illinois and Florida. At this time we only have the Retail
Distribution List for California but we are working on the lists for the other
states.

THIS information was not listed anywhere in
